Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Banquet Servers to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. What will you do?

• Assist with the complete catering setup in accordance with banquet event order (BEO), including but not limited to, tables settings, buffets, and beverage stations

• Accurately transports food and beverages to guests in a timely manner

• Performs necessary tasks to service guests including, but not limited to, filling drink orders, providing refills, answering questions, and clearing dirty dishes

• Notifies guests of food and beverage preparation techniques and has knowledge of menu offerings

• Monitors guest needs on a continual basis ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled; handles any guest complaints

• Replenishes food on buffet lines if necessary

• Maintains a safe and clean environment for guests and fellow associates

• Ensures proper stock of all product and supplies needed for service

• Breaks down event according to company procedures

• May be required to bus tables during and at completion of event

• Performs other duties as assigned

More about you

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

• Minimum of 1-3 months previous experience in food & beverage service or related guest service environment preferred

• Ability to complete required pre-employment food safety and alcohol service training

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple table assignments at one time

• Ability to work with the varying event schedule is preferred

• Strong communication skills, including listening skills and ability to take food and beverage orders and fill those orders correctly

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for set-up, service and clean-up of functions

• Ability to stand or walk for entire length of shift; may include walking up and down stairs

• Good mobility to maneuver between tables to deliver food to customers

• Oversee events indoors as well as outdoors, regardless of weather conditions

• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on season
