We provide vital support during life\'s most challenging moments, helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive. We\'re Hiring! We are seeking a Program Manager to join our 988 Wisconsin Lifeline team. This full-time position is responsible for the overall daily operations of the Wisconsin Lifeline program, including direct supervision of program staff. This position is eligible for hybrid/remote work, with an onsite requirement for onboarding and meetings as necessary. Key Responsibilities Actively supervise the staff of Wisconsin Lifeline, including day-to-day operations oversight as needed. Provide and coordinate the provision of direct service with Lifeline Counselors to evaluate clinical skills. In cooperation with program leadership, review and update program goals, objectives and activities. Provide assistance to the program leadership in the preparation of program reports. Qualifications Education: Required: Bachelor\'s degree in social work or related field, or equivalent experience Preferred: Master\'s degree in social work or related field, or equivalent experience Experience: Required: 3 years\' experience in the delivery of direct service to clients. 2-3 years\' supervisory experience in any work environment. Preferred: 3-6 years\' experience in the delivery of direct service to clients. 3+ years\' supervisory experience in any work environment. Skills and Competencies: Valid Wisconsin Driver\'s License with reliable personal vehicle. Maintain required auto insurance and acceptable driving record requirements. Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion Knowledge of community organizations and program administration. The ability to clearly express ideas and material in both written and verbal forms. Developed degree of knowledge in program planning and development. Minimum Requirements to Work Remotely: Remote workers must reside in the State of Wisconsin; work for 988 must only occur while in the State of Wisconsin. Remote workers must have a private, confidential workspace and have the ability to double lock any confidential information kept at home and appropriately dispose of any confidential information stored at home (i.e. shredding) Remote workers must have the capacity to plug their computer/phone directly into their modem/router and provide a high-speed internet report verifying high-speed internet services.
