The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care as outlined by the American Nurses Association (ANA) and Michigan state regulations.Essential Functions:Deliver evidence-based nursing care in alignment with health system policies and ANA standards.Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.Advocate for patients and their families, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.Perform point-of-care testing and ensure accurate documentation.Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.Educate patients and families, evaluating progress towards health goals.Initiate discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions of care.Lead and delegate tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel.Engage in professional development and continuous improvement activities.Qualifications:Associate's Degree in NursingRequired Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPCJoin our team of healthcare professionals dedicated to high-quality patient care and improved outcomes.
