The Job Training Program Manager will provide leadership and administration for all Job Training programs. This includes participation in program review, curriculum updates, employer meetings and Faculty Evaluation as directed by the Associate Dean and/or Dean of Workforce Training.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Participate and lead program review and curriculum updates for Job Training faculty. • Recruit employer advisory committee members, coordinate meetings, and set agenda. • Track and improve student placement from Job Training programs; and ensure curriculum relevance • Manage recruitment, enrollment, marketing, and financial strategies for Job Training. • Set program schedules, ensuring admission standards are met and reviewed. Manage class calendar and room scheduling for Job Training programs. • Regular attendance during normal scheduled hours often required, but this position does involve flexibility for events such as graduation, recruitment activities, and open houses.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education Credentials
• Bachelor's degree in Career Technical Education, Applied Technology, Communications, Education or Business required. • Masters degree preferred • Project Management certification is preferred
Work Experience
• 3-5 years' experience working in the business field, higher education, or career technical education required. • Experience working with adult learners is preferred. • Technology experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Google products, experience using high education enterprise systems is preferred

• Program Leadership & Administration: Overseeing program reviews, curriculum updates, and faculty evaluations will require strong leadership and organizational skills • Employer & Community Engagement: Recruiting employer advisory committee members, coordinating meetings, and ensuring curriculum relevance's requires strong relationship building and networking abilities. • Student Success & Placement Tracking: Monitoring student job placements and making driven improvements to programs demands and analytical and problem solving skills. • Marketing & Recruitment: Managing enrollment, marketing strategies, and financial planning for job training programs requires strategic thinking and communication skills • Scheduling & Logistics Management: Coordinating program schedules, admissions, room assingments, and event particapation requires strong organizastionl and time management skills.
Physical Demands
• Ability to lift 15lbs and stand for 30-45 minutes at a time. • Driver's license required to travel to meetings.
Mental Demands
• Ability to prioritize and work with multiple deadlines. • Ability to work in a fast paced environment. • Must maintain confidentiality. • Must be efficient and possess good organization, problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills. • Must use good and independent judgment in handling sensitive or difficult situations.
