Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
This is a first shift position (6:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday) with no overtime required. The job involves the disassembly, repair, and reassembly of hydraulic motors using standard hand tools. The role requires mechanical inclination to maintain the work rate of approximately three units per shift.
Responsibilities
Disassemble hydraulic motors for repair and replacement of parts such as bearings and broken seals.
Use standard hand tools like wrenches, screwdrivers, polishers, and grinders.
Start in part washing, cleaning, and polishing parts ranging from small to large sizes.
Power wash larger parts in a separate section of the facility while wearing an apron.
Train on hand tools and progress to disassembling and reassembling parts after 1-2 months of initial cleaning tasks.
Essential Skills
1 year of manufacturing experience
Mechanical inclination
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with hand tools
Ability to read blueprints
Experience in mechanical assembly

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
