Description: This position supports development of proposals from pre-RFP through contract award for the OCONUS Production Capture team. The OCONUS Production Capture program supports multiple programs in international capture and co-production development for multiple countries.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Compiles cost, schedule and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications

• Coordinates the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments

• Researches & analyzes historical data, develops cost models to support proposal efforts & determination of accuracy of functional estimates

• Participation in business strategy meetings and proposal kick-off briefings

• Prepare and present Executive Proposal Panels (EPP's) reviews

• Coordinates activities and participates in fact-finding meetings and customer negotiations

• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures throughout the proposal process

Must work well in cross-functional groups, be a self-starter, have strong communication, and presentation skills.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating with other business functions

• Experience with Lockheed Martin Missile and Fire Control Estimating systems (EFS)

• Knowledge of Government proposal requirements and contract types

Desired Skills:

• DCS background preferred but not required

• Ability and willingness to travel internationally

• Ability and willingness to work outside core hours for business meetings with international time zones

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
