We are seeking an experienced metal framer to join our team. As a metal framer, you will be responsible for constructing metal frames and installing them to support various structures. You will be working with a team of professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to determine project specifications
Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, using a ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge
Cut, shape, and bend metal frames using hand and power tools
Install metal frames according to project specifications
Verify the accuracy of work using measuring tools such as levels, plumb bobs, and framing squares
Work with a team to ensure project deadlines are met
Follow all safety procedures and protocols on the job site
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as a metal framer or similar role
Familiarity with various hand and power tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
