Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18 per hour

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:

• Operating mustard milling roller mill, or large or small alpine mills

• Starting and running the mill for the specified time as directed by the work leader

• Setting up and adjusting milling equipment and sifters as directed by the work leader

• Maintaining a daily production record

• Using the mill to produce various mustard products

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or GED

• Have some food manufacturing experience.

• Are comfortable working in a mid-level noise environment with exposure to moving parts and airborne particles

• Are available for occasional overtime

• Have the ability to work the summer hours of Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm and the winter hours of Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
