What you will be doing: Provide regional support for our Florida facilities. Plan and implement professional mental health services programs of a non-medical nature.

Essential responsibilities:

• Routine travel to assigned facilities to provide close monitoring and support.

• Oversee and assist with the completion of continuous quality improvement tasks at each facility.

• Create and maintain both direct clinical and quality improvement records as required by policy and procedure or corporate quality improvement standards.

• Maintain and monitor confidentiality of clients and their files; audit files to determine that all services provided are documented; review status of clients to determine that all treatment and therapeutic programs are completed.

• Complete chart reviews to determine compliance with FDC policy and procedure, as well as ethical standards of care.

• Serve in rotation with other mental health providers to provide after-hours and weekend client care, if required, to include accepting on-call rotation.

• Develop and implement treatment and therapeutic programs for assigned clients.

• Perform direct clinical behavioral healthcare as needed, including crisis intervention techniques, suicide prevention, case management, counseling, and group therapy.

• Develop and implement mental health continuous quality improvement policies and procedures.

• Provide chart audit results and quality improvement feedback to clinical directors, psychologists, mental health professionals, leadership, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, clinical social work, counseling or psychology required. Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida less than one (1) year of completion of licensure required. Two (2) years previous work experience preferred. Current CPR certification is required. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management.
