Job Title: Marine Paint/Insulator Trainer - SC
The pay is flexible dependent on experience in the industry, up to $35/hour
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Paint/Insulator Trainer with a strong experience in marine applications. The ideal candidate must possess extensive knowledge in painting and insulating, specifically within the marine industry. This role requires flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
Responsibilities
Provide training on marine sheet metal skills.
Lay off and measure for various projects.
Conduct surface preparation for coatings using brush and roll techniques.
Train on the application of thermal insulation for submarines and carriers.
Essential Skills
Minimum of five years of experience in painting and insulating within marine applications.
Thorough knowledge of marine sheet metal skills.
Proficiency in laying off and measuring.
Experience in surface preparation for coatings.
Expertise in brush and roll techniques.
Submarine and carrier insulation experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
AMPP Certifications are a plus.
Flexibility to work different shifts.

Job Type & Location
This is a long term Contract position based out of Goose Creek, South Carolina.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.95 - $31.05/hr.
