Insight Global Operations System Engineer in Goodlettsville, Tennessee

Job Description

Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.

Manage and maintain ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various operational processes.

Initiate and oversee escalations to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Perform Windows client management tasks, including software deployment, patch management, and system configuration.

Manage mobile devices using SOTI MobiControl, including device provisioning, security policies, and application management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and enhancements.

Provide technical expertise and support to end-users and stakeholders as needed.

Monitor system performance and reliability, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.

Skills and Requirements

3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on operational systems management (Retail experience++)

Proficiency in managing team's queues and performing escalations within ServiceNow or similar platform.

Strong experience in authoring and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Proven ability to initiate and manage escalations effectively.

Solid understanding of Windows client management principles and practices.

Experience with mobile device management platforms, preferably SOTI MobiControl.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail null
