Local Goleta company is seeking service desk coordinator for a 3 month contract!

Here's what you'll do:

• Customer Service Champion:

• Ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience by serving as the single point of contact for IT inquiries.

• Answer the Service Desk helpline, fielding questions and providing efficient solutions.

• Knowledge Base Builder:

• Build and maintain a comprehensive IT knowledge base, empowering employees to find solutions independently.

• IT Liaison:

• Act as a bridge between employees and the IT team, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.

• Team Player:

• Work collaboratively with the Service Desk team on projects and initiatives, contributing to overall success.

• Adhere to established IT policies and procedures.

• Tech-Savvy Support:

• Possess a basic understanding of Windows and Mac computer systems.

  Requirements

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Effective communication skills (written and verbal).

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic understanding of computer systems (Windows & Mac).
