Job Title: Senior Manufacturing EngineerJob Description

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer develops and leads the implementation of optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards. This role involves recommending and leading process improvements to production processes, methods, and controls, ensuring that project goals are met. Additionally, the role includes identifying and recommending cost-saving changes to existing products, coordinating manufacturing launch activities for new and revised products. Key priorities for this position include process improvement, product and process documentation, problem resolution, project management, and employee training.
