We're an employee-owned company that provides under-credentialed overachievers an opportunity to earn more than just A Day in the Life: Our Dispatcher will coordinate and delegate what is needed for the work day which would include forecasting for upcoming needs. * Create route efficiencies and route sequencing. * Ensure that all customer requests, concerns and/or complaints are handled timely and efficiently. * Ensure that all internal employee requests, concerns and/or complaints are handled timely and efficiently. * Ability to maintain safety standards and regulations as established and required by federal, state, and company policy. * Forecast and communicate upcoming equipment needs. * Data entry (Compile and distributing efficient data). * Continually improve route efficiencies through route maintenance. Qualifications and Skills The ideal candidate will have general geographical knowledge. In addition, the Dispatcher position will be responsible for the following duties: * This person must understand routing and be able to route both pick-up/delivery drivers and route drivers * Have geographical knowledge of the area you are applying for * Continually improve route efficiencies to established goals by daily pinning and sequencing the routes and coordinating with the mapping department * Computer aptitude: Outlook, Excel, etc. We offer: Honey Bucket is committed to the growth and development of our employees' offering on the job training, advancement opportunities and unique life-long learning program including tuition reimbursement for almost any class.
