Responsibilities

  • Work as a development team member to guide the client through the evaluation of Pega modules and their relevance and suitability for the organization

  • Work as part of a development team to assess the client’s organization and delivery environment and recommend optimal Pega-based solutions tailored to the client

  • Analyze current processes and recommend efficiencies in current processes

  • Perform analysis, design and change management, as needed by individual projects

  • Support strategic business-need assessments and Pega solution implementations tailored to fit organizational needs

  • Work directly with Users via digital whiteboarding tools such as Visio, Adobe XD, PowerPoint, Figma, to elicit requirements through discussion and feedback loops.

  • Develop test plans and scenarios that will assist users with User Aided Testing prior to prospective deployments.

  • Develop solution/approach presentations for enterprise initiatives, develop prototypes for proof of concepts

  • Assist with development of education and outreach materials and other external communications as directed by TISTA leadership

  • Manages Pega-focused requirements gathering, maintains the functional backlog of Pega User Stories in Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS), validates the delivery of User Stories against customer needs

  • Hands on technologist with intellectual curiosity who can d esign and configure rules and flows and assist with the draft user interface and draft process flow development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience

  • 5-8 years of progressive experience on BPM Methodology (Analysis, Design, Modeling, Executing, Monitoring, Optimization)

  • Experience with Pega Systems and development of Pega-based solutions (Required)

  • Familiarity with Agile software development

  • Ability to think creatively and strategically with a focus on achieving outcomes in manageable work portions

  • Knowledgeable of Pega Platform Capabilities including Case Management

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate

  • Excellent writing skills and ability to produce polished documentation

  • Dedication to achieving outstanding customer results

  • A team-oriented drive and a demonstrated ability to lead by example

  • Experience in a customer–facing role, including understanding business needs, and solving complex problems

  • Flexibility to work with teams, individuals, executives and willingness to help with a wide variety of work products and people

  • Experience using Azure DevOps, and/or working on a Scrum team is a plus

    Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology or a related field

  • Pega Certified Business Architect Certification(Required)

  • The ability to obtain a government moderate background security clearance or Public Trust

    Pay Range:

  • The pay for this position ranges from $100,000 to 120,000.

  • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

  • Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
