What you will do in this role

As a Customer Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for travelers looking for support, guidance, and seamless experiences. Whether it’s answering questions, resolving concerns, or assisting with bookings, you’ll tailor each interaction to the customer’s unique needs and journey. Engaging with them across multiple channels—phone, email, and chat—you’ll ensure a smooth and consistent experience, no matter where they are in the world. Along the way, you’ll develop technical skills, mastering innovative software solutions that simplify travel planning. Most importantly, you’ll play a key role in shaping a positive brand experience, making every customer feel valued and ready for their next adventure.
