QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE: Current ARC certification in Lifeguarding and First Aid and CPR (training provided if needed) Able to work outside in the sun Good physical condition, good or corrected eyesight, and normal hearing Ability to lift 75 pounds Ability to relate positively with the public Mature, responsible, punctual and reliable DUTIES INCLUDE: Ensure the safety of pool patrons Enforce all pool rules and regulations General upkeep of the facility This is a part-time seasonal position, working approximately 20 - 25+ hours per week late May - August. Days and shifts will vary to include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekdays, weekends and holidays. Lifeguard pay is $15.00 per hour and head lifeguard pay is $18.00 per hour.
