Treasury’s Risk and Controls (R&C) team is a global team that supports the Treasury teams in risk and controls execution. This is a newly expanded and centralized team with a global footprint. The R&C team is structured as a “hub-and-spoke” operating model. The Spokes are R&C experts and are aligned with particular risks (e.g., Capital, Liquidity, Interest Rate, etc.) or specific Treasury businesses. The Hub serves as the central coordination point across the Spokes to ensure global consistency, operating as a bridge between Treasury and peers in Finance and/or the broader enterprise. The Hub also operates as a Center of Excellence for certain control activities.

Working within the Treasury Risk and Controls team, a successful candidate will help define, drive, and execute end-to-end control and governance process design and implementation efforts across Treasury activities as a First Line of Defense contributor. The position requires close partnership with subject matter experts and stakeholders within Treasury, across the Finance function and with business partners, and extensive familiarity with risk, controls and compliance oversight and governance requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage available tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint) to transform large data sets into concise, targeted reporting for senior leaders under minimal supervision,

  • Ensure the identification of issue root causes, partnering with control and process owners to recommend holistic corrective actions and improvements, providing check and challenge to ensure appropriate escalation in according with Issue Management and Escalation Policies,

  • Present findings/analysis, making recommendations to Senior Leadership clearly and concisely,

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal clients and colleagues,

  • Meet commitments and balance competing priorities.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Compliance/Risk Management, Internal Audit, and/or Program Management,

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SharePoint are required,

  • Experience working with large data sets is required,

  • Proficiency in Tableau and similar data transformation tools,

  • Experience operating in a 1st or 2nd line of defense control environment is preferred

  • Outstanding analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written/verbal communication abilities,

  • Proven track record for collaborating and building relationships.

$115,840.00 - $173,760.00
