Seeking a dynamic individual for a fast-paced assembler role in our automotive seat manufacturing team. Responsibilities include assembling car seats efficiently while maintaining quality standards and adhering to safety protocols. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a team environment, and adaptability to meet production targets. Experience in assembly line work or manufacturing environments is preferred. Join us in producing top-quality car seats for vehicles worldwide

salary: $18 - $18.5 per hour

shift: Second

work hours: 5:15 PM - 2 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Component Preparation: Ensuring all necessary materials and components are ready for assembly, such as seat frames, cushions, upholstery, and other parts.

• Assembly Operations: Performing the actual assembly of car seats according to established procedures and quality standards. This may involve using hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures.

• Quality Control: Inspecting finished seats to ensure they meet specifications for safety, functionality, and appearance. Identifying and addressing any defects or issues promptly.

• Adherence to Safety Guidelines: Following safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment, especially when working with machinery and handling materials.

• Team Collaboration: Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines. Communicating with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate tasks and resolve any production-related issues.

The essential functions of this role include:
