Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ITO and OTR teams to support processes, optimize workflows, clarify roles and responsibilities by preparing DoR

• Capable of structuring defendable arguments, evidence, assumptions and decisions for PTR Failures

• Proactively identifies and manages risks, issues, and opportunities

• Taking the lead of risk assessments, tenders, projects/performing RCA of failures

• Requires a strong technical knowledge of both Power Transformer and key elements of transformers along with an understanding and appreciation of protection systems, transformer specifications and tests and manufacturing process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree of Electrical Engineering, MBA is a plus

• +10 years of experience in the Power Transformer Engineering / Technology

• Excellent knowledge engineering design & quality of power transformers

• Preferably having PTR expert certificate, knowledge of IEC and CIGRE guidelines

• Transformer manufacturing and repair knowledge is a plus

• Fluent English language skills (Part of the interview will be in English)

• Excellent technical communication skills to provide guidance, analysis and reports in clear succinct manner to customers, project team and stakeholders
