Intel Debug Software Developer Team Lead in Gdansk, Poland

Job Description

Debug and Trace Tools (DTT) team, the debug Center of Excellence for Intel, supports Intel Products group delivering software tools and driving debug technology roadmap for Intel CPU, GPU and platforms. The team plays pivotal role accelerating time to market for Intel products and supporting Intel customers in development their products based on Intel Silicon. Team deliverables include oneAPI components, contribution to Open Source tools and co-development internal toolchain. We are looking enthusiastic team leader who will support our new team in Poland and become the interface between DTT and local teams. Her/His contribution will be pivotal for future team development providing further career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications: - Advanced skills in one ore more SW development languages: C++, Python, Java - Knowledge of OS Architecture, ideally proven by hands-on experience in drivers or Linux kernel modules development - Knowledge of CPU and/or GPU Architecture - Experience in using debug tools (ex. GDB) and/or debug techniques (ex. debug over JTAG) - Hands-on experience in development of complex software, managing multiple dependencies and stakeholders - Proven record of technical leadership, experience in mentoring is a plus - Fluent in English, both speaking and writing

Preferred Qualifications: - Desire to grow in management related activities - Experience in collaboration with Business Development, Customer Support, Marketing teams - Open minded and willingness to learn and grow in new things - Contribution to open source project is a plus

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
