Schedule:
- The BR-BCBA Program Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of children’s in-home programs and sessions, which are typically scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Saturday. Although this is a 100% remote position, in person trainings will be required from time to time as appropriate (e.g., Safety-Care, initial staff training).
Requirements
Qualifications:
Must proficiently speak and write both Spanish and English fluently
A minimum of 3 years of certification by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing is required
Previous tiered supervision experience is preferred
Completes the competency based-training covering the BACB’s Supervisor Training Curriculum Outline; completes 3 hours of continuing education related to supervision during each certification cycle
Demonstrates advanced clinical case management skills as evidenced by competently providing effective supervision to any type of child who is served by C&A (e.g., to any child aged 12 months to 12 years old, regardless of level of impairment, presence of problem behavior, setting of service delivery, challenging family dynamics, etc.)
Demonstrates ability to work well with others, supervise staff, and communicate well with others
Demonstrates ability to work independently in meeting deadlines, organizing time, and completing assignments to a high degree of accuracy. These are essential skills since the individual must work in the field with minimum oversight from supervisors
Must be able to efficiently monitor direct and indirect billable hours and maintain pre-established productivity targets. Must accurately and independently enter billable hours into the database according to consumer contracts and company policies
Demonstrates technical writing skills and ability to write reports to the standards of Company contracts
Demonstrates excellent leadership skills and professional conduct
Additional Requirements:
Submits a transcript showing a Master’s degree
Must be available to virtually respond to and address clinical, personnel, safety and other matters during Operating Hours
Must be willing to submit fingerprints to the Department of Justice and FBI, to demonstrate clearance for work with children
Maintains a current Tuberculosis (TB) clearance and Basic Life Support (BLS)Training
Is familiar with HIPAA and performs duties following HIPAA regulations
Performs duties following all laws and regulations regarding rights and practices in areas of equal opportunity, hiring, discrimination, and harassment. Training and certification will be required and assigned as needed
Completes annual health and safety trainings and adheres to all policies and procedures, including safety policies and procedures
Follows all COVID-19 Health & Safety policies and procedures
Maintains good attendance records and punctuality
