We are currently recruiting for a Document Control Program Manager to join our team !

The primary focus of this role is to lead document control activities, support strategic project deliveries, drive continuous improvement and support tactical activities of wider change management team.

The qualified candidate will be to efficiently and accurately process requests related to new product releases, change requests, documentation releases, and other types of requests, ensuring compliance to global policies and ISO9001 standards.

As our Document Control Pogram Manager , you’ll support HID’s success by:

  • Manage global operational document control application(s).

  • Create, maintain and deliver training material related to core document control application(s).

  • Identify and drive continuous improvements for document control standards and application(s)

  • Partner and collaborate with senior stakeholders to define best practice standards.

  • Act in a service capacity to make sure that new release requests, change requests, documentation, stops ships, deviations, and other requests are properly completed and accurate in all applications.

  • Evaluates Documents, change Orders, BOMs, items to ensure compliance with released global corporate documentation and ISO 9001 standards.

  • Assists with processing, approval routing, and expediting through Document Management system and PLM applications.

  • Evaluates internal policies and procedure documents for proper corporate formatting (not content evaluation).

  • Processes Product related and documentation change orders/requests, in Document Management and PLM applications. Ensuring that data standards are compliant with department procedures and reference documents to ensure completeness and expediency.

  • Confers with upstream and downstream internal stakeholders to effectively process requests in accordance with released corporate documentation.

  • Related functional projects as assigned by supervisor.

    Your Experience and Education include:

  • Ideally degree educated or equivalent experience

  • 2-4 years minimum ConvergePoint or other document management system experience essential

  • 2-4 years minimum Experience with Document Control for Corporate policies and procedures, Engineering product related documentation and Product Release and Change Management activities essential

  • 2-4 years minimum Experience with quality management and ISO 9001 essential

  • Agile PLM and Oracle ebs system experience preferred

  • Must possess excellent reasoning and analytical skills

  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision

  • Must be pro-active and champion process and continuous improvement.
