Job Overview

In this role, you’ll help drive sales efficiency within the business to allow us to exceed our growth goals. You will work cross-functionally to pull data, perform analyses, build presentations, help others work through analytical issues, manage inquiries, and provide tool support. You may have accountabilities around working on and resolving issues specific to certain teams or functions (i.e., managing the Sales Operations Case Queue, supporting the Incentive Compensation process, etc).

Responsibilities

The Associate Sales Operations Analyst functions as a resource to drive operational excellence while enhancing the company’s services offerings. This is done with a focus on key areas of operations, planning and enablement.

  • Responsible for executing on the day-to-day tasks and projects that fall within Sales operations (may include building, refining and delivering sales quotes and supporting Salesforce opportunity management)

  • May serve as backup point of contact for Sales Ops for direct business issues

  • Consults GTM facing teams on reporting and organization data requirements

  • Heavy reporting and analytical responsibilities to drive recommendations and analytic solutions towards moving the business forward

  • Actively assists in driving process improvement programs cross functionally using business metrics and insights

  • Provide administrative support of GTM tools. This may include, but is not limited to, managing the user licenses, assessing usage and ROI, helping to increase utilization of features, assist in testing, helping with M&A related asks to our tools and systems.

  • Work with Sales Operations leader in the preparation of operations policies and procedures

  • Assist in the analysis of underlying system issues arising from investigations into requirements and problems, and identify available solutions for consideration.

  • Manage ad-hoc requests concurrently.

  • Accountable for working the Sales Ops Case Queue or other case queues across the Revenue Operations team. Cases are most likely to be in reference to Quoting, Opportunity Management, Account Assignments, or Order Forms/Contracts. This resource will be trained up by the Sales Ops team, and work those cases.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in quantitative-based roles or sales-based roles

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Articulates thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively

  • Comfort and experience in ambiguous situations

  • Results orientated with a proven track record of flawless execution, high attention to detail and strong sense of urgency

  • Process-oriented, accountable and trustworthy

  • Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, changing environment that is going through high growth while managing multiple priorities

  • Proven success in achieving results through others and being a strong teammate

Preferred

  • Experience in working in SFDC, Tableau, and other quantitative tools a plus
