iCIMS Associate Integration Consultant in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, India

Job Overview

In this role, you’ll be responsible for configuring and maintaining an automated exchange of information between iCIMS’ platform and various external systems utilized by our customers. The integration Specialist may operate independently or with a more senior Integration Consultant in a supporting role. The ideal candidate comes equipped with customer service experience and a demonstrated ability to manage technical projects. This role will support North America/EMEA based clients.- **Shifted schedule to support US business hours until 1pm ET

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple integration assignments concurrently to see their overall success, while delivering a customer experience second to none

  • Work timings for this role will be from IST 2PM -10.30 PM.

  • Provide technical and/or consultative support to customers regarding the assigned integration products and methodologies

  • Configure, share, and troubleshoot OAuth 2.0 or Basic Authentication API credentials for customers, partners, or third-party system integrators

  • Develop specifications for data transfer including SFTP set-up

  • Perform and validate mapping of all required data elements from the source data system to the customized iCIMS layouts, documenting all required transformations and data entry procedures

  • Leverage the iCIMS Developer Site to consult customers and third-party vendors on using best practices to build integrations

  • Coordinate with third party vendors to configure, test, and troubleshoot the integration including reviewing API logs within the iCIMS Talent Cloud and Sumo Logic

  • Manage and perform data migration processes, including data validation, and system testing.

  • Demonstrate excellence in customer service skills by keeping a positive, caring, can-do attitude for our customers

  • Address, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely manner

  • Responsible for learning iCIMS Talent Cloud and integration products quickly and providing accurate information about them to our customers

  • Ability to manage a high-volume project load, while maintaining weekly notes and submitting timecards to complete project as close to quoted project hours/weeks as possible

  • Consistently ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures, and core competencies

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a technical role such as technical support, integrations, software implementation or analysis

  • 2+ years in a customer service position

  • Experience handing various file formats (CSV/XML/TAB)

  • Exposure to basic MS Excel formulas for data manipulation and translation

  • Understanding of basic API call structure and able to learn iCIMS developer site

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines, while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction

  • Strong time and project management skills and the ability to assess urgency and set priorities

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Must be able to schedule and lead calls with clients and vendors to drive towards timely and accurate integration configuration, testing, and launch

Preferred

  • Work timings for this role will be between IST 2PM-10.30 PM.
