Description:

・Director of Sales & MarketingとDirector of Salesをサポートし、すべてのイベントセールス活動を指揮・調整する。

・Executive Chef、Executive Sous Chef、Director of Event Service、その他関連する同僚と密接に連携し、すべてのイベント実施に関する事項を調整する。

・Director of Sales & MarketingとDirector of Salesを補佐し、販売活動の効果を検証・評価し、年間ビジネスプランに記載された目標を達成または上回るよう必要に応じて調整する。

・メンバーに創造性および革新性を奨励し、実験を追求し、業務の成功への貢献について評価する。

・実践的な管理を通じて、営業部長を補佐し、ホテルの基準、方針、手順、および適用される法律に従い、職務を遂行するすべてのイベント営業担当者を側で管理指導する。

・Support Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of Sales to direct and coordinate all event sales activities

・Work closely with Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Director of Event Service and other related colleagues on all event execution matters

・Assist Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of Sales to review and evaluate the effectiveness of selling activities and adjust as necessary to achieve or exceed the objectives as outlined in the Annual Business Plan

・Encourage colleagues to be creative and innovative, pursue experimentation and recognizes them for their contribution to the success of the operation

・Through hands on management, assist Director of Sales to supervise closely all Event Sales associates in the performance of their duties in accordance with hotel standards, policies and procedures and applicable laws

・Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to ensure problems are resolved

Qualifications:

・ホスピタリティ業界、特にイベントセールス、イベントプランニング、ケータリング、宿泊関連分野で3年以上の経験

・最低1年のマネジメント経験

・スピーキング、ライティングともにビジネス英語、日本語に堪能な方

＜歓迎要件＞

・ラグジュアリーまたはMICEホテル経験者優遇

・Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality industry, especially in Event Sales, Event Planning or Catering area

・Minimum 1 year of experience in management role

・Good command of business English and Japanese, both in speaking and writing

・Luxury or MICE hotel experience preferred
