INSTRUCTIONAL POSITION
Position: Special Education Teacher- Elementary
Minimum Criteria:
1. Hold a valid NYS teaching certificate in tenure area;Possess a thorough knowledge of field;
Demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm and good judgment;
Demonstrate the ability to plan and organize for effective teaching
and learning;
Understand the nature and needs of the age group served;
Able to develop and maintain productive human relationships;
Previous classroom teaching experience preferred.
Reports to: Building Principal
Contract: Terms and conditions of Professional Negotiations Agreement
Salary Range: $42,057 - $59,180
