Job Description

Join our team at a leading food processing facility, which employs over 1300 staff members with a remarkably low turnover. We are currently seeking skilled Refrigeration Technicians to fill critical roles in our maintenance department. These positions are vital for operating and maintaining our refrigeration systems, including ammonia and boilers. Technicians will work on a rotating shift schedule, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with FDA regulations.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Fremont, Nebraska.

Work Environment

This unionized facility offers a dynamic work environment with a two-week rotating shift schedule, alternating between early and late day shifts. Our experienced utility supervisor provides strong leadership and a supportive, laid-back atmosphere. While union membership is optional, it is available for those interested.
