As a Learning Architect you will ensure the successful adoption of Siemens solutions for our clients and assist clients in realizing the full value of their investment. Success in this role is largely defined by your ability to act as a trusted client advisor, as well as developing effective training and performance support solutions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in person and online training classes to our customers utilizing our NX product suite.

Demonstrate critical thinking, command of specific technical subject matter, ability to learn new technologies very quickly, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in the simplest possible terms (relative to the audience)

Stimulate interest and enhance learner understanding through appropriate anecdotes, stories, analogies and humor. Use activities that allow learners to review and apply content at appropriate intervals.

Apply Adult Learning strategies and Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices to address the needs of customers user communities.

Actively participate in and contributes to the global "Learning" Community of Practice and contributes to the definition, development and curation of the Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required for this position

  • Preferred, not required: 5-10 years of experience in design, development and delivery of training, and blended-learning solutions

  • Must currently reside in the PST time zone, this is a firm requirement to apply for this position (Cupertino, CA strong preference)

  • Strong hands-on experience using NX is absolutely required

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday

The total cash compensation range for this position is $89,200 to $178,400 with 7.5% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
