Kelly Services Site Infrastructure Lead Coordinator in Freeport, Texas

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Turnaround Site Infrastructure Lead Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of site infrastructure activities leading up to and to the end of the 2025 Oyster Creek plant turnaround. This role requires strong organizational, planning and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a focus on ensuring efficient site operations to achieve TA objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with key plant folks (TA Manager, TA Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, IT Lead and Security Lead) to ensure understanding of currently developed infrastructure plans.

  • Take the lead on further development of site infrastructure plans, including layout design, temporary facilities setup, access roads, and utilities management.

  • Directing a small work crew, manage the installation and maintenance of temporary site facilities (e.g. tents, trailers), equipment, and utilities required for the turnaround.

  • Supervise site infrastructure General Mechanical contractor team as they mobilize to site, providing guidance and support

  • Work closely with Material Coordinator and Material Marshaller to develop a plan for material deliveries, to and from the site.

  • Work closely with Site EH&S team to develop a plan for waste disposal, to and from the site.

  • Lead the monthly infrastructure meeting and follow up on actions promptly.

  • Monitor and enforce site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and Client EH&S policies.

  • Both before and during the TA, resolve any issues or conflicts related to site infrastructure promptly to minimize impact on the TA.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in industrial plant turnarounds, construction management, or site infrastructure development/involvement

  • Familiarity with local contractors and suppliers will be extremely valuable in managing the TA infrastructure needs

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage the infrastructure team

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Effective problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including TA Manager and Coordinator

  • Willingness to work flexible hours and offsite travel as required to support project needs.
