We are seeking a skilled Wood and Metal Cutter to join our team in Freeport NY. The ideal candidate should have experience working with table saws and possess the ability to accurately measure materials for cutting. Any experience manufacturing or assembling picture frames is a plus, but not required.

salary: $34,000 - $44,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Operate table saws to cut wood and metal materials according to specifications

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to ensure accurate cuts

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

• Inspect materials for quality and accuracy before and after cutting

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time
