    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures a safe work environment for all employees

  • Strategic planning development and execution

  • Own SQDIP and financials (safety, quality, delivery inventory, productivity)

  • People management and resource planning

  • Drive HMX activities (continuous improvement)

  • Talent management

  • Develop a capable team of ISC leaders

  • Drive technical advances

  • Cost improvement analysis

  • AOP and Capital planning

    The annual base salary range for this position is $170K - $210K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

    This position is incentive plan eligible.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 8 years experience in a Manufacturing environment as a Plant Director

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  • Strong knowledge of lean, six sigma tools and problem solving methodology

  • Strong understanding of data analytics

  • Understand of business objectives and more importantly the ability to interact with our customers and suppliers

  • Persuade to influence other to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches

  • Diverse and global teaming and collaboration

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization

  • Fosters teamwork and diversity

  • Quick response and proactive mindset to drive results

  • Ability to lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others

  • Able to develop strong networks and build relationships
