We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Inventory Control Specialist for our Fredericksburg location.

Job Description

The selected candidate will:

  • Maintain appropriate stock levels of all designated parts and perform analysis of safety stock, utilizing our SAP system.

  • Order quantities as needed, to include expedited shipping of back-ordered parts. Maintain shipping notifications for all orders.

  • Arrange returns for excess parts to our Parent Company in Coburg, Germany, create shipping and invoice notifications as required.

  • Maintain master record of all inventoried parts and create new part numbers as needed.

  • Coordinator with Pricing Coordinator to ensure all costs and selling points are as required.

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate’s background will include:

  • High School Diploma required.

  • Experience in industrial purchasing (preferred).

  • Good communication skills/phone skills required.

  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suites.

  • SAP experience preferred.

  • Regular onsite physical attendance.
