Qualifications:
10+ years' experience in manufacturing operations.
5+ years' experience in a supervisory capacity.
Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent project management skills.
Proven track record of successfully training employees in productivity and safety.
Working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations preferred.
Ability to coach and mentor employees individually and in groups.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, or walk distances for up to 8 hours per day.
Frequent use of hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry, or feel objects.
20/40 vision in each eye, with or without correction.

Maintenance Manager
(Support production operation by ensuring optimal equipment performance)
Location: Franklin Park, IL
Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 per year
Shift: First shift
Responsibilities:
Manage maintenance team, parts, and equipment.
Coach and direct the Maintenance team.
Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and company policies and procedures.
Work with the Production Manager and the VP of Engineering and Manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.
Prepare operational schedules and coordinate maintenance with manufacturing activities to meet production schedules.
Communicate with quality and production teams to support production needs.
Generate weekly/monthly reports as required.
Monitor the performance of production equipment to ensure adherence to safety guidelines and compliance with all regulations.
Manage employee selection, training, performance evaluation, documentation, salary, and termination processes.
Maintain a positive, proactive labor environment and handle employee issues effectively.
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
manual lifting up to 50lbs
working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
working weekends
