We are looking for a talented Production Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Provides manufacturing leadership for small or medium size plant, shift or department. Manages multiple shifts of an assembly line, fabrication or machining operation.

  • Provides manufacturing leadership and improvement focus in operations driving results, creating and monitoring measures, providing motivation, and setting expectations in safety, quality, delivery and cost.

  • Communicates with customers, suppliers, shop floor, stakeholders, and staff.

  • Leads annual operating plan, forecasts, and other measurements for manufacturing operations.

  • Manages, coaches, and develops staff; works with employees to set goals in training and development, performance, and career planning.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

  • College, university, or equivalent degree required.

  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

Significant level of relevant work experience, including managerial, leadership, and budgetary experience, required.

The Production Manager is responsible for leading work team(s) in performing production activities. Incumbent maintains commitment in meeting customer expectations and schedules while ensuring delegates have the resources, skills, training, materials and information available to be successful. The Incumbent will be responsible for developing production schedules and aligning cross-functional support to support the manufacturing of finished goods with throughput to the customer by performing the aformentioned duties.
