REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVES)

Windows 10 including troubleshooting, data backup, PXE imaging, data migration, OS setup, application installation.

Experience with McAfee FDE, Bomgar, ServiceNow, Druva Insync, and multi-factor authentication/PKI, M365, Teams, MS Office 2016, MS Intune software.

Open/Additional Info :

  • Candidates should have in-depth experience with Windows 10 including troubleshooting, data backup, PXE imaging, data migration, OS setup, application installation. Experience with McAfee FDE, Bomgar, ServiceNow, Druva Insync, and multi-factor authentication/PKI, M365, Teams, MS Office 2016, MS Intune software.
  • Techs will provide remote End User support.
  • Ability to learn quickly and the facility to show a high level of social interaction skill is required.
  • Technician must be capable of adapting to a constantly changing IT environment.
  • IOS and Android support and Multi Factor Authentication support experience is a bonus.
This is a Contract opportunity.

Location : Vista, CA (Onsite)

Contract : 6+Month

Pay Rate : $30-33 Per hour
