Overview and Essential Functions
You will support our construction teams, along with delivering the complete projects in accordance with customer and industry specifications. You will simultaneously handle multiple duties, projects, and responsibilities, as needed. The right candidate will be organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do...
Coordinates the billing and reconciliation to customers systems.
Works closely with Construction Project Teams
Maintains records and provides reports for vendor invoices and special usage items.
Submit and monitor unit changes approvals to ensure timely submission of invoices.
Creates, updates, and distributes reports or spreadsheets for tracking.
Contributes to the accuracy and timeliness of billing.
Maintains contract and billable items, including material.
Ability to meet weekly billing deadlines.
Must be proactive, not afraid to ask questions and be willing to learn the industry.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Who we are looking for…
Minimum of one to two years previous experience in accounting and/or billing
Strong attention to detail skills
Intermediate computer skills, including working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and Access
Ability to read “As-Built Maps” for billing reconciliation.
Previous experience with billing in customer systems.
Must be willing to work overtime and some weekends, as needed.
Must be willing to train.

The Pay range is commensurate with experience: $18.00/hour to $22.00/hour.
Applicants are required to pass all company drug testing, submit to a background check and adhere to all OSHA, state, city/municipality safety requirements and training provided by the company as required.
