Lockheed Martin Software Engineering Manager in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: The Skunk Works (Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Program) is looking for world class talent in Software Engineering to be a part of a team that will carry on our 75 year tradition making history in advanced aircraft development.

This L-Coded position is with ADP leading a team in Fort Worth, TX. This position requires an L-Coded Manager to lead the development of advanced software for the ADP ISR portfolio. The team uses a wide application of modern technical principles, theories, and concepts in the software field to develop, integrate, and test software products to meet our customer needs.

The focus will include both program execution (cost, schedule and technical performance) as well as functional L-code responsibilities (employee recruitment, labor planning, performance assessments). Responsible for the design, development, system test, flight test, verification, qualification and production software. Supports all development change actions. Ensures Engineering and Program Management Process Execution. Supports the reward systems through active feedback mechanisms.

***Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a Secret clearance required to start.***

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
