Key Responsibilities You’ll Own:

Financial Reporting & Insights:

• Craft insightful financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annually) adhering to GAAP or other standards.

• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities and report them to leadership.

General Ledger Oversight:

• Manage and reconcile journal entries and the general ledger to ensure precision and compliance.

• Oversee balance sheet, income statement, and tax account reconciliations to uphold reporting accuracy.

System Integration & Optimization:

• Champion the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central to streamline financial workflows and troubleshoot operational challenges.

• Play a key role in system upgrades and process improvement projects.

Strategic Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop budgets, financial forecasts, and actionable recommendations based on historical and predictive data.

Compliance & Audit Excellence:

• Proactively ensure compliance with policies, controls, and regulatory standards.

• Prepare reports and deliver seamless audit support during external reviews.

  Requirements

  Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial accounting with a solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Business Central, with proven experience in optimizing workflows and system processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the finance services industry is a plus.
