Jacobs Project Coordinator in Fort Worth, Texas
As a Project Coordinator, you will be a part of the largest and most diverse technical solutions provider in the world, and you will directly have a hand in helping to lay the foundation for human progress.
Joining our team in the greater DFW area, you will perform full project life cycle tasks in support of our People and Places Solutions business.
Tasks you’ll be accountable for include but are not limited to:
Meeting minutes, travel bookings, coordination with team, distributing submittals, contractor coordination, full support to PM and team
Maintaining and tracking databases, quality control and assurance, preparing reports, budgets, and financials
Convey complex ideas with smart graphic designs and can develop concepts visually beyond bullet points
Act as a resource for graphic design methods and tools, develop and implementing process improvements, tool(s) improvements, and best practices
Share technical expertise with others and provide guidance and support; mentor other team members in technical areas
Candidates should be able to assist with handling duties both as part of a team and also as a self-starter able to support a wide range of activities.
Candidates with admin experience within an infrastructure/construction/engineering type project environment are preferred.

This is a non-exempt, hourly paid position.

High school diploma, or equivalent
Demonstrated practical experience with both administrative and communications duties
Must be able to work independently within prescribed limits with minimal supervision
Advanced level computer skills to include: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat),plus MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint , MS Teams & SharePoint)
Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
Must be able to provide graphic portfolio of created works
Ideally You'll Also Have:
Proficiency in English both written and verbal and natural patience
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Great attention to detail and technical editing skills
Must be a self starter with critical thinking skills
A natural ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Must work well under pressure with quick assignment turnarounds
Must be willing and able to support more than one manager within the same department at the same time
