job summary:
Growing manufacturer in Ft. Worth is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to add to their team. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar required, as well as at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing required. Previous glass manufacturing experience preferred, as well as knowledge of ISO standards, audits and inspection techniques. Will relocate for the right candidate.

responsibilities:
Responsible for determining operations to produce products and developing processes to ensure quality, cost and efficiency requirements.
Research the purchase of equipment or upgrades to existing equipment to enhance the quality and reliability in manufacturing
Troubleshoot problems with production and takes root cause corrective action.
Help to optimize process productivity through continuous improvement programs
Evaluate concepts, design, prototype and test for design for manufacturability of new products
Develop and refine manufacturing process
Design and develop fixtures and tooling
Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve customer quality issues relating to manufacturing process
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar
At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing
Previous work in glass or window manufacturing preferred
Ability to resolve problems and conduct root cause analysis
Knowledge of ISO standards and AS9100 certification
