You will be a F-35 Production Training Pilot on the Flight Operations Team.

What You Will Be Doing

As the F-35 Production Training Pilot you will fly post-production Acceptance Check Flights (ACF) in the F-35, with additional duties as assigned. The position may grow to involve other projects with other aircraft.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Duties to include fly F-35 ACF and support flights.

• Provide expertise and leadership in support of daily flight operations functions.

• Subject matter expert on all performance aspects of the F-35.

• Assist in aircraft production collaboration and efficiency efforts.

**Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.**

Basic Qualifications:

• Suitable FAA commercial pilot's certificate (SE Land, Instrument Airplane).

• Current FAA Class I or II medical certificate.

• 1,500 hours first-pilot time in a tactical aircraft.

• 100 hours F-35 time.

• SECRET security clearance

• Must be willing to travel and have a valid U.S. passport.

Desired Skills:

• Comfortable working with Communications and Public Relations in front of a camera.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
