Parkview Health Quality Assurance & Software Testing Analyst in Fort Wayne, Indiana
Summary:
Implement and oversee Quality Assurance and Testing for Parkview’s Enterprise systems including Epic EMR and Oracle ERP.
Develop Quality Assurance protocols used across Parkview Information Services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Enterprise system tools with existing healthcare software systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
Oversee testing and validation of enterprise applications, ensuring seamless operation and compliance.
Develop and implement Quality Assurance strategies.
Lead cross-functional teams to conduct integration testing.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain accurate and efficient test workflows and scripts.
Train Information Services staff on Quality Assurance protocols.
Develop testing automation scripting with Eggplant or other similar applications.
Education: Minimum requirement of a Associate’s degree in healthcare, computer or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 4 years experience in a comparable job. Possesses the ability to address process requirements. Skilled at problem solving, strong organization skills, strong attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to minimally understand complex issues. Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, effectively with technical team, as well as leaders and end users. Must be available and accessible 24/7/365.
