Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in Fort Wayne, Indiana

Description We are in search of a diligent Administrative Coordinator to join our team in FORT WAYNE, Indiana. The primary function of this role is to manage administrative tasks for a remote team that is part of a merger of four different companies. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and will involve a lot of administrative work, supporting technical decision-makers and ensuring the smooth operation of our management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate administrative tasks for a remote team

• Facilitate the merger processes of four different companies

• Assist in coordinating and conducting trainings both on webex and in-person

• Ensure high standards of detail-oriented work and quick learning

• Support technical decision-makers in their administrative needs

• Handle the coordination of tasks and projects for different groups within the organization

• Contribute to business development group activities and initiatives

• Maintain consistency in work hours and deliver consistent results

• Utilize skills in Customer Service, Project Scheduling, Scheduling, Project Tracking, and Database management to execute tasks effectively

• Adapt to working with strong personalities and maintain professionalism at all times. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in an administrative coordinator role or similar position

• Proficiency in using project scheduling and tracking tools

• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders

• Experience with database management and data entry

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions

• Basic understanding of project management principles is desirable

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word

• Must have a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
