We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our client's team in Fort Myers, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for entering new files, sorting invoices, and managing data in an accurate and timely manner. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Meticulously enter and update data

• Process and categorize documents with accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain a clean and organized filing system for physical and electronic documents.

• Conduct thorough data verification to ensure all information is accurate and complete.

• Research and resolve any discrepancies in data entries promptly.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain clear communication and efficient workflow.

• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality for all sensitive client information.

  Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field.

• Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 60 wpm.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
