Job Description:

ARMA Global is seeking a self-starter Identity Application Support Specialist that performs work in a small team capacity and can support a dynamic customer.

Responsible for the following:

ARMA Global is seeking a self-starter Identity Application Support Specialist that performs work in a small team capacity and can support a dynamic customer. Responsible for the following: Building and maintaining relationships with numerous partner organizations; Providing support via the telephone, chat, and/or email to our customers and/or technicians to ensure tickets are tasked and routed to the correct queues; Validating work request for completeness, accuracy, compliance to established standards; Escalating problems or tickets to higher level management when required and/or necessary; Assisting product owner with gathering user requirements; Assisting lead trainer with generating educational materials to support system; Compiling information from existing database systems and other documented sources to prepare and submit the combined dataset for data processing; Providing aggregate reports among other products from various data sources to satisfy requested periodic oversight of information or answer specific questions on either a periodic or ad-hoc basis; Working with existing technical points of contact to create and maintain relevant reports to support periodic requests. REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience in addition to 3-5 years of experience supporting Special Operations in identity threat mitigation related fields

• Ability to quickly understand and operate various data focused systems.

• Proficiency in SharePoint based data input forms in addition to operating in other websites and systems.

• Proficiency in communicating data query requirements to other support personnel.

• Ability to review large amounts of data to determine required actions and potential trends.

• The position requires excellent interpersonal and writing skills in addition to exceling at problem solving and critical thinking skills.

• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

DESIRED SKILLS:

The likely salary range for this position is $69,700 - $94,300. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
