We’re looking for an amazing Strategy Analyst to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. You’ll be responsible for helping to guide day-to-day key initiatives across business functions while directly supporting the Strategy Lead. The Strategy Analyst will have the opportunity to support initiatives across functional areas and interact with a variety of stakeholders daily, including former management consultants and cruise & travel industry veterans. The position requires the ability to quickly flex, learn, and pivot in a dynamic operating and macroeconomic environment. Here’s a summary of what Princess is looking for in its Strategy Analyst. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with different departments and senior leaders across Princess to facilitate executive presentations and create a cohesive story (e.g., Board of Directors reports, corporate strategic planning decks, monthly reports for the Brand President).

  • Develop data visualizations in PowerPoint and PowerBI to succinctly communicate actionable data insights and associated business impact to support business intelligence strategy.

  • Perform market, customer, and businesses analyses by synthesizing both primary and secondary research to determine key opportunity areas for revenue growth and guest satisfaction.

  • Align financial and operational key performance indicators and core business strategy to guide decisions across functional areas.

  • Generate financial models to test hypotheses of executive leadership, determining the likely range of potential outcomes associated with making a certain business decision.

  • Support ad hoc initiatives and deliverables for senior leadership across business areas, gathering needed inputs and managing project status as needed.

  • Facilitate communication between different teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of relevant analytical work experience preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) required.

  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting.

  • Highly advanced communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Strong analytical skills and can think strategically about the cruise / hospitality business.

  • Willingness to flex, learn, and pivot in an agile team environment.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity with the ability to be resourceful.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail in work product.

  • High energy and sense of urgency required.

  • Ability to multi-task and work under the pressure of deadlines.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

Please note that this position is Hybrid, based in our Fort Lauderdale office.

  • Base Salary Range: $75,000.00 to $88,000.00 The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
