As a Senior Engineer you will support the Service Engineering department within Stryker Global Robotics Customer Care. Ensuring adherence to quality and quantity standards, you will develop, evaluate, implement and maintain servicing and upgrade methods, sequences and processes. This role is located in Weston, FL.

What you will do:
Directly support the service, upgrade, and technology integration depot in Weston Florida
Lead and support Continuous Improvement projects
Drive efficiency and process flow enhancements, resulting in cost savings
Evaluate changes throughout the organization to ensure serviceability in the depot and field for existing, updated, and new products
Identify and manage cost reduction projects in support of goals
Identify and implement ergonomic and safety improvements in the service environment
Support new product development and ensure a smooth transition into operations and post-market support
Identify sources of waste in Customer Care processes, including service, and implement changes that improve cost, quality and delivery
Partner with operations, materials, advanced operations, product engineering, and other groups to solve quality issues and drive customer satisfaction
Be committed to quality by striving for reliability and quality in our products, continuously researching ways to enhance performance
What You Need:
Minimum Requirements(Must Have)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar discipline
2+ years of related experience
Preferred Requirements(Nice to Have)
Experience with robotics and/or electromechanical equipment
Experience with low-volume but highly complex products
Experience working in a highly regulated industry
Continuous improvement/Lean/Six Sigma experience
Any experience with CMM would be preferred
