We’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented eCommerce Content Performance Supervisor to lead a vibrant team of web producers. This is a hybrid position based in our Fort Lauderdale, FL office. You'll be responsible for driving optimal conversion and engagement through strategic content creation, data analysis, and team oversight. In this crucial role, you’ll shape the online experience for cruise enthusiasts and contribute to the success of Princess online guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Delegation:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 6 web producers, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.

  • Delegate tasks effectively to maximize team performance and meet tight deadlines.

  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting open communication and problem-solving.

  • Performance Optimization:

  • Leverage analytics (Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare) to identify conversion bottlenecks and opportunities.

  • Develop and implement data-driven content strategies to improve user experience and ROI.

  • Conduct ongoing site audits and A/B testing to optimize navigation, taxonomy, and content effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, Marketing, Operations) to align content with broader campaigns and initiatives.

  • Content Creation & Management:

  • Ensure brand consistency and voice across all web properties.

  • Create compelling and engaging product descriptions, landing pages, and promotional materials.

  • Edit, proofread, and publish web content, upholding the highest standards of accuracy and quality.

  • Manage the CMS (AEM preferred) and maintain a seamless user experience.

  • Implement SEO best practices for optimal keyword targeting and search engine visibility.

  • Compliance & Training:

  • Ensure content adheres to legal requirements (copyright, privacy) and accessibility standards (WCAG).

  • Develop and deliver training programs for the team on content creation, analytics, and best practices.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.

  • Work with the SEO team to maximize high-traffic landing pages for maximum engagement and conversion and monitor product descriptions for keyword-rich, web-friendly copy, in-site links in reviews and expand linking strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business Administration, or relevant field.

  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce content creation and management.

  • 2 years managing a staff of 2-6 in a digital and project oriented organization

  • Proven track record of driving positive ROI through data-driven content strategies.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in mentoring and development.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a native command of English.

  • Expertise in using analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare) and CMS (AEM preferred).

  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and keyword optimization.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

  • Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality and accuracy.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Holland America is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

This is a hybrid role, based in our Fort Lauderdale, FL office. Candidates must be driving distance and comfortable going into the office 3 days per week.

  • Base Salary Range: $69,300.00-96,300.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
