Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and work closely with stakeholders to implement data-driven strategies. This role is crucial in identifying areas for improvement, optimizing workflows, and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather detailed requirements.

• Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions for optimization.

• Develop and document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.

• Work with IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.

• Support project management efforts by tracking progress, risks, and deliverables.

• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership teams.

• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive business innovation.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project management.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data analysis tools.

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

• Familiarity with business process modeling (BPMN), use cases, and workflow diagrams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
